Simplified Human Resources Software
The goal at ProsperWorks was to simplify the cumbersome process of creating and administering performance reviews for companies of any size. I created a four step process of setting up a review that users were able to complete in less than 15 minutes. I also devised a clean and flat look for the site to emphasize the simplicity of the product.
